Avoid Melting Chocolate and Gummies During Shipping!
You will need to order a cold pack if you order chocolates in warm weather months. Our cold pack can help to safely ship your chocolates in temperatures up to 82f. If the temps in your area will be above this--DO NOT ORDER CHOCOLATES IN THE SUMMER
We will be here in the fall :-)
Disclaimer: Someone must be home to accept your chocolate package! Any package containing chocolates that is left in a mailbox or in the sun will melt, even with a cold pack. Do not order chocolates if you won't be home to accept your package or if it will sit outside. You will get a tracking number so you know what day your package will arrive.
FYI: Gummies can also melt if they are left in a hot mailbox or if your package is left outside in the sun. Someone must be home to accept your package during warm weather.
We will only ship chocolates on Monday-Wednesday so your chocolate isn't in transit over the weekend. We may hold your shipment if it won't make it to you by Friday.
IMPORTANT: You are responsible to consider the weather in your area--we are not responsible for melted candy if you choose not to purchase a cold pack or if your package is left in your mailbox or in the sun.
We will also track your package and USPS or FedEx will let us know what time your package was delivered and where they left it.
